We are here to create a life of purpose and service. I believe in the power of authenticity, the power of conviction, and of course, the power of vision and commitment. Most people don't get what they want out of life because they have no idea what they want out of life! Start with a dream, identify who you need to become to attain it, commit to it, and follow through with consistent action. Focus first on building yourself, because it's not about the goal, it's about the person you must become in order to attain it.
You have a goal?... Now you need a team. Become a leader- then a builder of leaders. But how? No matter your status, a leader must set the example. It is our duty. Like kings of old, leading their troops from the front lines, we must know the way, show the way, and go the way! How else can we develop the next generation of world changers? As the late, great Spencer Hays said, "We don't build businesses. We build people, and people build businesses."
However, above all, we must stay rooted in the only thing that matters... this moment. Be present. Set goals but let go of expectations. Be highly invested, but emotionally unattached. Maintain perspective and do your best. Let’s find peace and happiness in doing our part to serve others and spread consciousness, for our time here on Earth is short. Build a life of impact; the only life truly worth living!

Southwestern Advantage is a 160-year-old international summer sales company where Shane currently holds the record for the largest growth from 1st to 2nd year, earning a profit of over $50,000 in just 3 months his second summer.
Personally recruited and trained over 60 college students to successfully run their own businesses through Southwestern Advantage and master one of the hardest forms of sales... door-to-door cold calling. He has, directly and indirectly, trained and impacted thousands of others in the company.
Been the #1 US salesperson for Southwestern Advantage for 2 out of the last 4 years, and Top 10 in the world for 3 years.
In his second year of selling, he was the #4 all around salesperson out of over 1,500 dealers.
In 2018 and 2019 he was the #1 team leader in the world. Every other year he's recruited and led a Top 10 team out of around 400.
