From achievement to depth

My early career was shaped by entrepreneurship, sales, and leadership. I put myself through college, became financially independent at 18, and learned firsthand what discipline, resilience, and responsibility actually require.

Professionally, I’ve helped build and lead high-performing sales teams, contributed to meaningful growth in multiple business settings, and developed a deep respect for the inner side of outer success.

Today, my primary focus is Enduring Equity, which helps individuals and nonprofits find, acquire, and manage small businesses as investments. Alongside that work, I continue to speak, write, and coach on leadership, perspective, and a more conscious way to pursue excellence.

The people I’m most interested in serving are those who care about excellence but know that ambition alone does not create fulfillment. My talks invite a more grounded, honest, and sustainable way to pursue success—one rooted in clarity, presence, and responsibility.

Philosophy

I believe meaningful work can be part of a meaningful life, but it cannot replace one. Ambition, leadership, and success all have their place, but they become dangerous when we ask them to give us identity, peace, or worth.

To me, the real work is inner as much as outer. It is learning to live honestly, act consciously, and meet life with both depth and responsibility. It is building, leading, and striving without losing sight of what actually matters.

I care about authenticity, perspective, and service. I believe leadership begins with presence and example, not performance. And I believe we do our best work when we are fully engaged, but no longer psychologically trapped by outcomes.

Set goals. Build things. Serve well. But stay rooted in this moment. Be fully here. Let your work refine you, not define you.
